Hrudaya Kaleyam Movie Review
Story
Sampoornesh Babu alias Sampu is a smart thief where the
police department and a special team is in search of him. After failing several
times, they finally catch him and they gets to know shocking news. What is the
news? Who is Sampoornesh forms the crux.
Performances
Sampoornesh Babu with his weird dialogues, hilarious body language
and funny dances tickles you. He evokes laughter with his dances and silly
fights. He needs to select rights films to have a long innings in the industry.
Heroine Kavya Kumar puts up a bad performance. Mahesh Kathi
irritates with oer the top scenes. Other casts are okay.
Analysis
Hrudaya Kaleyam is not just a regular comedy entertainer and
neither the lead star is a regular commercial film star and the style of comedy
is quite different. The film is all about Sampoornesh Babu who makes you laugh
with his weird style of heroism. Director banks on Sampoo, and scenes featuring
him are hilarious. The film is a take on commercial mass entertainers. While
the first half offers good laughs with racy pace, the second half is a bit
dragging and is totally weird with the director losing grip. The climax is
whacky. There are too many loopholes and illogical scenes. Nevertheless, the
movie offers enough entertainment to Sampoornesh scenes.
Cinematography is commendable. Music is mediocre with just
only a good title song.
Editing could have been crispier, dialogues are funny.
Direction is just okay. Being a low budget, the production values are
decent.
