Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena Party recognized

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan who surprised every one during the election moment with his announcement of Party name as Janasena has now officially
recognized by Election Commission of India with conditional formalities as a Political Party.

It is noted that Janasena Party symbol will be availing of Common Symbol under provisions of paragraph 10B of the Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order. And the party is well known for registering in two states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State which Election Commission of India has also directed the Party to follow the provisions under Section 29B and 29C of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 which are also applicable other parties too.


Election Commission of India has approved Janasena Party registration under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act,1951 nder Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act,1951 with effect from 24.11.2014 vide Registration Number .56/118/2014/PPS-I dated 28.11.2014.
