Tollywood star actors including NTR, Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun, Ravi Teja, Kalyan Ram, Sai Dharam Tej, Varun Tej and Sampoornesh Babu have announced financial aid for the victims of the flood-hit Tamil Nadu.
NTR and Mahesh Babu has contributed Rs 10 lakh each for the flood battered Chennai, while Ravi Teja and Kalyan Ram have offered Rs 5 lakh each and Allu Arjun donated Rs 25 lakhs. Actors Sai Dharam Tej and Varun Tej have announced Rs 3 lakh each to the Chennai victims.
Mahesh Babu stated, “I am pledging an amount of Rs 10 lakhs for the Tamil Nadu cyclone relief fund. I hope and pray for the recovery of those who have been affected by this terrible natural disaster. Hope, everything comes back to normalcy soon."
The donations from the Tollywood actors will be handed to Tamil Nadu Chief Ministers Relief Fund. Actor Siddharth, director Balaji, Khushboo, Vishal, Udhayanidhi Stalin, Vishnu etc have been participating in the relief measures and constantly monitoring the help-needed areas of Chennai.
