Plot:

Beauty is set in the picturesque city of Vizag and revolves around Alekhya (Nilakhi Patra), a college-going girl from a middle-class family. Though her father (Naresh) and mother (Vasuki) adore her, Alekhya values her desires and materialistic pleasures over relationships. Her life changes when she falls in love with Kanna (Ankith Koyya), a pet trainer.

As their bond deepens, Alekhya convinces Kanna to elope with her. They move to Hyderabad, where unexpected twists shake the foundation of their relationship. The way their love story transforms, along with the shocking truths that unfold, form the central crux of Beauty.

Performances:

Ankith Koyya steals the spotlight with a performance that is both natural and powerful. His emotional portrayal, especially in the climax, is bound to strike a chord with audiences.

Nilakhi Patra impresses with her innocence and controlled acting. Her emotional breakdowns in the later portions are convincing and impactful.

Versatile Actor Naresh adds depth with his portrayal of a caring yet pained father, while Talented Actress Vasuki is apt as the mother. 

Nithin Prasanna role in a terrific cop gets an applause from the audience.

The supporting cast Prasad Behera, Murali Goud and Nagendra deliver adequately.

Direction & Screenplay:

JSS Vardhan handles the film with a mix of youthful charm and emotional gravity. The first half feels lighthearted with romantic moments, while the second half dives into the deeper emotional territory. The screenplay by RV Subramanyam and Dev balances entertainment and sentiment without overdoing melodrama.

Technical Highlights:

Cinematography by Shrie Saikumaar Daara adds beauty to both romantic and emotional sequences.

Editing is sharp, keeping the narrative engaging without dragging.

Music by Vijay Bulganin works well for the story. The background score is highly effective, enhancing the mood of crucial moments.

Despite being made on a modest budget, the production values are impressive.
