Megastar Chiranjeevi Launches the Trailer of Objection My Lord; Srikanth-Starrer ZEE5 Original to Stream from July 31
ZEE5, one of India's most popular OTT platforms known for delivering unique and engaging content across genres, is all set to premiere another exciting original series, Objection My Lord. Starring Srikanth, Ananya Sharma, Mukesh Rishi, Snehal, and Sameer in pivotal roles, the emotional courtroom drama carries the tagline "Notary Parashuram." The trailer of the series was officially unveiled by Megastar Chiranjeevi.
Directed by Santosh Ayyappan and produced by Rajkumar Akella under the Dream House Productions banner, Objection My Lord is a seven-episode courtroom drama that will premiere exclusively on ZEE5 on July 31.
The trailer opens with a mysterious female voice before introducing young lawyer Ananya, who asks another lawyer, "What's his problem, sir?" The reply hints at a long-standing mystery: "His problem isn't about a case... it's about a place. He would never step into that block, even if it costs him his life." Another lawyer adds, "In my 20 years of service, I've never seen that notary inside this court."
The trailer then offers glimpses of Srikanth as Notary Parashuram, a lawyer carrying a troubled past.
The narrative takes a dramatic turn when Narayana, the father of a missing girl named Sameera, sets himself on fire inside the court premises, shocking everyone present. However, it soon emerges that Narayana's death may not have been a suicide but a murder.
Mukesh Rishi's character accuses Parashuram of taking up the case only to gain publicity and earn money after years of professional inactivity. Adding to the emotional weight, Parashuram's own son bluntly tells him that he never wants to become "a failed lawyer" like his father.
The trailer raises several intriguing questions. Why does Parashuram avoid a particular court block? Why does a lawyer who has stayed away from arguing cases for years suddenly decide to fight Narayana's case? Who is Sameera, and who kidnapped her? Most importantly, will Parashuram succeed in delivering justice?
Packed with mystery, emotion, and gripping courtroom confrontations, the trailer has generated strong curiosity and heightened expectations for the series.
