Ram Charan and Rakul Preet Singh have earlier teamed up for Bruce Lee film, and looks like the duo may pair up again in the remake of Thani Oruvan.
Rakul Preet has been approached for reprising Nayantara’s role from Thani Oruvan in the Telugu version, and the actress has already given her nod. An official confirmation is awaited.
Thani Oruvan Telugu version titled Rakshak will commence its regular shooting schedules from February 21st in Hyderabad. To be directed by Surender Reddy and produced by Allu Aravind on Geetha Arts banner, Rakshak has Ram Charan in a cop role and Aravind Swamy as antagonist.
Rakul Preet Singh on the other hand is shooting for Allu Arjun, Boyapati Srinu’s Sarainodu, which is scheduled for a release on April 8.
