Interim Court Order in the Sandhya Theatre Case

In connection with the Sandhya Theatre matter, the Hon’ble Vacation Civil Judge-cum-XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, has passed an Ad-Interim Ex Parte Injunction Order on 04 June 2026 in I.A. No. 369 of 2026 in O.S. No. 216 of 2026.

As per the said order, during the pendency of the proceedings, no person or entity shall publish, broadcast, circulate, or disseminate any speculative reports, unfounded allegations, misleading statements, prejudicial discussions, debates, news reports, or social media content relating to the subject matter of the case that could influence public opinion or misrepresent the facts before they are adjudicated by the Court.

Accordingly, all media organizations, digital platforms, social media users, and members of the public are requested to respect and comply with the directions issued by the Hon’ble Court and refrain from circulating or publishing any unverified or speculative information concerning the said case.
