Just when audiences thought the Awasthi parivaar had sprung enough surprises, Nayyi Navelli opens another door into its wildly entertaining world with ‘The World of Nayyi Navelli’. Driven by infectious beats, a distinctly desi musical flavour and a catchy, hummable tune that lingers long after the music stops, the track captures the film’s larger-than-life universe of Indian folklore, family dynamics and unexpected twists. Featuring Yami Gautam Dhar in a striking, never-before-seen avatar as Mohini, the theme offers another glimpse into a world where the extraordinary is just another day in the Awasthi household.

Composed and produced by the fantastic G. V. Prakash Kumar, with male chorus by Sugandh Shekar, Abhijith Rao and Shridhar Ramesh and female chorus by Fathima Henna, Aishwarya Anil Kumar and Indu Sanath, ‘The World of Nayyi Navelli’ turns up the intensity and sets the tone for the spectacle that awaits on the big screen. The powerful chorus and infectious energy give the theme its own distinctive character, drawing listeners deeper into the film’s eccentric universe. Following the foot-tapping ‘Bhabhi Tabaahi’ and ‘Phata Patakha’, the new track expands Nayyi Navelli’s musical world, hinting at the drama, action and madcap entertainment that lie ahead. And with Mohini at the centre of it all, one thing is clear: the Awasthi parivaar’s surprises are far from over!

Director Balaji Mohan said, “Nayyi Navelli brings together two very different worlds: the warmth and familiarity of a family setting, and a fantastical world where things can take some truly unexpected turns. We wanted the theme track to capture that contrast. There’s a little mystery in the music, a sense of playfulness, and something slightly mischievous running through it all. That mix is very much at the heart of the film too. You have a family and a world that feels familiar, but the story takes them places you wouldn’t quite expect. The theme captures that spirit, giving you a sense of the film’s tonality without spelling everything out.”

'The World of Nayyi Navelli' is now available across all major music streaming platforms via Zee Music Company, further expanding the film's musical universe ahead of its theatrical release on 16 October 2026.

Headlined by Yami Gautam Dhar in a never-before-seen avatar, Nayyi Navelli brings to life India’s very own fantasy family-entertainer, packed with masti, mystery, action and all-out masala entertainment. Arriving in cinemas across India on 16th October, ahead of Dussehra, the film is geared up to bring fun, fantasy and spectacle to the festive season, offering audiences a quintessential family outing at the movies.
