Not just by actors or fitness freaks to be in shape but also for healthy functioning of body one needs to take a proper balanced diet of 5 to 6 small meals rather than eating 3 big meals in a day. For good metabolism i eat 6 meals and do an empty stomach cardio workout to lose that extra stored body fat.

I cook my own meals of egg whites or oats and then later brown rice and chicken keeping in mind of eating vegetarian on Monday and Tuesdays as I am a Mahadevs bhakt ... then later before workout i take sweet potato salad with chick peas or choley rajma etc then after a good workout I come back home, cook my fish and salad brown rice meal or tofu or soya bean on my veg days."

"I believe in proper balance nutritious diet i make my own meal plan according if I m not carb cycling which keeps changing if m going heavy on my weight training." Adds Shivam.
